How do I edit my order?
We cannot guarantee an order can be edited unless it is requested BEFORE your order ships. Please call us at +1 (855) 976-2892 for more information or an edit request. We can however, exchange your item once you receive it within 30 days.
When do I get a tracking number?
A tracking number is issued once an order has shipped. Please keep in mind fulfillment time is 2 business days and shipping speed is what you select at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or text when your order is shipped to you.
Who is the shipping carrier?
Most shipments are mailed via the United States Postal Service, but in rare circumstances your shipping carrier may be DHL, depending on your particular shipping requests and your location in the world.
I didn't receive my order. What now?
We're committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We know sometimes packages may get intercepted and we have a special team for situations like this. Are different items in the same order shipped together or separately?
Items in the same order may be shipped separately. When each item is shipped your order will be updated with your tracking information and we'll send you a courtesy email.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day RISK FREE GUARANTEE on all clothing items. You may return any clothing item within 30 days and we will refund 100% of your original payment for said item(s). Seasonal items are not returnable. Additionally, Alex & Christian will cut you a check for $100 for the inconvenience. Please see our refund policy for full returns and refunds information.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Similarly to returns, it must be within 30 calendar days when you request an exchange. Contact us with your request at +1 (855) 976-2892 and we will take back your original item and give you a special code for 100% off your item of choice (equal or lesser value)
When will my order be delivered?
Orders take 2 business days to fulfill and shipping speeds vary depending on your location. The shipping speed you chose at checkout was automatically calculated in our system based on the weight of your order and your general location and is thus, the most accurate estimation for shipping speed and delivery time. Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We can ship almost anywhere in the world so chances are we can get your package to you. There are a some countries, however we cannot ship to. Here is a list of a few of these countries:

Where does my order ship from?
We have a network of production centers located throughout the US. By maintaining a network of centers we are able quickly scale and adapt to market needs and ensure every customer gets the fastest and cheapest shipping available to mankind.
What are your shipping times?
Due to high demand, domestic shipping (USA) is 5-10 business days in the worst case scenario. International shipping is 2-4 weeks in the worst case scenario. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What method of printing do you use?
Apparel products are printed using either Direct to Garment Printing (DTG) or Screen Printing. Full color designs will be printed with state of the art DTG printers. Larger batched orders with fewer than 13 colors, will be Screen Printed.
